A niche idea poised to explode into big bucks

Good day everyone!  I'm Jeff N Marquis co-author of Untapped Wealth discovered.
It's what I've been preaching to my clients for over 20 years now and I along with my co-author Kerry J Harrison have also written two books and hundreds of blogs and articles on the subject.  It all has to do with using your imagination to create and develop niche ideas for niche markets.  No, it's not that hard if you allow yourself to think.  You need to find a way to get your creative juices going and there are certain things that you need to bear in mind when looking for those niche ideas for those rich and lucrative markets.  I'm not saying that it's going to be easy but it can be done and I'm going to give you the latest example plus some other more successful niche ideas that have already made wealthy and successful persons of the creators.
Last week there was a press release coming out of Britain whereby a small company has found a way to help you when it comes to determining whether or not your egg is hard boiled, poached, or soft boiled.  So many of us are constantly complaining that we cant seem to get our eggs just the way we want it.  We either over cook or under cook our eggs and often times we can't seem to find the right way.  How many times have we tossed out our egg because it was not cooked the right way?  How much longer are we going to put up with this constant source of irritation?  This small British may have the answer for us all.  They have started to market a new brand of egg whereby when you want to cook it you will be able to tell how cooked it is.  They have developed a type of ink which they will be using to code the shells of the uncooked egg.  You will not be able to see this ink when you buy your eggs, but as the egg boils the ink will change color to indicate the stages of how cooked it is.  One color will indicate that it's soft boiled, another color will indicate that it is poached, and another color will indicate that it is hard boiled.
Nifty you say!  It sure is.  How come it has taken so long for someone to come up with such an idea?  I don't really have the answer but one reason being offered by the experts is that probably no one really gave serious consideration to such an idea till recently.
This niche idea is expected to take off in a big way because practically hundreds of millions of persons worldwide eat eggs on a regular basis that are either poached, soft boiled, or hard boiled.  Think of the following examples that have also been classified as niche ideas for niche markets:
The rubrics cube, trivia pursuit, the young man who developed the idea to sell second hand golf balls that have been cleaned and repackaged, refurbished computers, bottled water, the pet rock, plus so much more.  From these examples you can see that they are not terribly sophisticated ideas nor are they terribly expensive to manufacture.  All of these ideas have come from creators who allowed themselves to think and imagine.
There are certain things however that you should consider when thinking of finding a niche idea and I'll leave you with these:
Think practical.  Think of something that can be used by a specific type of consumer.  Think of the simplest way to create this idea.  Think of an idea that you can develop using your own skills and interests.  Think of what a consumer would think of your creation.  Use your imagination to dream and think.  Don't go thinking of an idea that would put you into financial difficulty.  If you're not a risk taker then leave this concept alone.  The niche idea for a niche market is really for the strong at heart.
